How do wholesale orders work?
Once approved, you’ll receive wholesale pricing and access to the private catalog. Browse current collections and order whenever they make sense for your shop.
What is the wholesale order minimum?
The wholesale minimum is $150 in merchandise. You may mix eligible bundles and styles to build an assortment that makes sense for your shop.
Are the pieces one of a kind?
Yes. Every pair is handcrafted from a real rescued vinyl record, so color, label artwork, grooves, surface character, and placement vary from piece to piece.
Do you restock the same designs?
Exact duplicates usually are not possible. New collections may return in similar shapes, color stories, moods, or size mixes, but each assortment has its own character.
Can I reorder best sellers?
Similar shapes, sizes, and color stories can often be reordered when available, but exact record labels and individual designs will vary.
What materials do you use?
reVinyled earrings are handcrafted from rescued vinyl records with stainless steel ear wires, posts, and backs. Clear silicone comfort stoppers are included with dangle earrings.
Where are they made?
Every piece is individually cut, filed, drilled, finished, and assembled at the reVinyled bench in Philadelphia using traditional jewelry tools.
Can shops request specific artists or albums?
Yes, when possible. Wholesale partners can submit special requests for customers looking for a particular artist, album, era, or color story. Availability depends on the records currently on hand.
Can you help with weddings, birthdays, or special events?
Yes. Requests for wedding parties, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, concerts, and meaningful gifts are welcome when timing and available records allow.
How should customers care for reVinyled jewelry?
Store pieces in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, swimming, showering, submerging in water, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and harsh cleaners. Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth when needed.
How quickly do orders ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces are packed as quickly as possible. Made-to-order and special-request timing depends on the size of the order and the current production schedule.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please contact me right away with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you on a replacement, credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Do you accept wholesale returns?
Because each piece is handmade and limited, wholesale returns are generally not accepted unless there is damage or another issue with the order.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Geographic exclusivity may be considered for established wholesale partners depending on location, order volume, and existing accounts.
Can I order through Faire?
Some reVinyled wholesale offerings may be available through Faire, but the private wholesale site is the most direct way to browse the current assortment and shop the full wholesale program.
